Limited Hardware Warranty Statement:

   We will provide warranty by following procedures:

• Repair the faulty computer parts or computer systems immediately with no question asked except physical damage.

• Replace the faulty computer parts or computer systems only if they are not repairable.

• Physical Damage computer parts or computer systems will be charged both on parts and labour. 

Limited Software Support Statement:

   We will provide support by following services:

• 1stneat.com.au Technical Helpdesk - provides telephone-based information and assistance during business trading hours from 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. 

• E-mail Technical Department - provides more detailed and more technical information and assistance during after business trading hours.
