1stneat.com.au's goal is to build, test and ship your system within 1 to 3 days of payment approval (i.e. credit card approval, lease approval, check receipt or approved company purchase order). However, our ability to do so is largely affected by parts availability. Generally most of the parts we use are available locally, or within 1 shipping day from our factory in Bondi Junction, NSW. If there is a delay due to a parts shortage, we will exercise our best efforts to contact you and propose an alternative should one be available. If an alternative is not available, you will have the option to wait for the part to become available, switch to another configuration or to cancel your order. Actual delivery time from the factory will vary depending upon your shipping distance from Bondi Junction, NSW and the method of shipping that you choose (overnight, second day, or standard ground delivery).

1stneat.com.au allows you to choose the delivery option that best suits your needs. You can choose from next day, second day or standard shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you confirm your order. (Note: we cannot deliver to PO Boxes). Shipping time is based on the carrier and method you select and begins when the system is shipped, not when the order is placed.
